Complaints and Suggestions
Although we pride ourselves on a high level of service, there is always room for improvement and appreciate feedback from our patients. We have a robust complaints procedure in the practice. A copy of our complaints procedure is on display in the reception. We have a suggestion box in the waiting room and welcome your comments.
Dr Wiper is the designated complaints manager who deals with any complaints we receive.
We accept payment by Cash, Mastercard, Switch and Visa.
