Patient confidentiality

Broughton Dental Surgery adheres to the standards for patient confidentiality as set out by the governing body for dentistry- The General Dental Council.

Data Protection

Broughton Dental Surgery is registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office and complies with the Data Protection Act 1998 and General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) 2018. This means that we will ensure that your information is processed fairly and lawfully. A copy of our privacy policy is available upon request.

Complaints and Suggestions

Although we pride ourselves on a high level of service, there is always room for improvement and appreciate feedback from our patients. We have a robust complaints procedure in the practice. A copy of our complaints procedure is on display in the reception. We have a suggestion box in the waiting room and welcome your comments. Dr Wiper is the designated complaints manager who deals with any complaints we receive.

We accept payment by Cash, Mastercard, Switch and Visa.
